Following up the search options feature which was introduced recently, Google is has now implemented similar option feature to its Image Search property. It’s a pretty simple feature but could save you some valuable searching time if you want to narrow down your image search to get the most accurate search results. Essentially, these image search options makes it easier for users to combine search options to get the best search results faster while at the same time providing Google with a way to introduce more search options in the future.
The new feature will give you the same layout when you are doing regular Google search with the various options listed on the left side of the image search results page. These image search options include color, size and type.
- Color option lets you specify specific colors of the image that you are searching and now includes other including red, pink or green in addition to black and white.
- Size option lets you specify specific sizes aside from the usual image sized that users are searching for.
- Type option lets you specify image types whether you want clipart, photo, face, or line drawing in your image search results.
