When I ran into Bill Slawski & Li Evans several times at Search Engine Strategies San Jose, I was surprised to find out that two of the more known search engine marketers from my home mid-Atlantic area were both looking to move on from their positions at the former company which employed both of them. Who would have thought that Li, with her seven interviews lined up at SES, and Bill, still livid after spending the day with Robert Scoble, would be moving on to KeyRelevance.
KeyRelevance, based in Dallas, announced today that search marketing experts, Bill Slawski and Liana (Li) Evans, have joined the company. Li is well known around the search community for her energetic networking skills and specializes in SEO & social media optimization with a background in public relations and programming. Bill is a co-founder of Cre8asite Forums and known in the search world for his SEO research and crunching of search engine patent applications & papers. Respectively, Li runs the Search Marketing Gurus blog and Bill the SEObytheSEA blog.
Christine Churchill, President and CEO of KeyRelevance, had this to say; “I am excited and pleased to welcome Bill and Li to the company as they expand our company’s base of search industry experts. Bill and Li bring enthusiasm and a wide array of search engine optimization experience to the KeyRelevance team.” Churchhill added “I have known Bill and Li for a number of years and have always had the utmost respect for both of them. We share the same philosophy on improving client sites for long term benefits. The transition to working together feels natural and the next logical step.”
So Bill and Li, will you both be relocating to Texas?
