This is a free web-based photo editing and design platform. There is a free version, but some fonts and features do require an upgrade to their “Royale” version, which costs just $4.99 a month or $33 a year.

Canva

This another web-based image editing and design site, but unlike Picmonkey, it offers templates and some free stock photos. Better photos and templates usually start out around $1, but you can definitely create some awesome photos for free.
