Shortlist Announced For The 2015 European Search Awards

Shortlist Announced For The 2015 European Search Awards

The shortlist for the 2015 European Search Awards has been announced, and the winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony at The Hilton Berlin on Wednesday, April 22nd that will be attended by many of Europe’s foremost digital and content marketers.

Now in their second year, the European Search Awards features 20 categories to reward campaigns, software and the teams and individuals driving the industry forward.

The shortlists were chosen by an international panel of search industry leaders at a rigorous judging session in Berlin and reflect the strength and vibrancy of the SEO, PPC, and digital marketing industry across the continent

Entry numbers have massively increased this year, according to Don’t Panic MD Nicky Wake who adds,

We’ve had a phenomenal response to this year’s awards with record entry numbers in a competition that celebrates and rewards the very best in Europe.”

I’m grateful to have been invited to attend this year, and I’m looking forward to covering the evening in depth for SEJ readers. I’d love to see some of you there as well!

Everyone deserves to take an evening out once a year and celebrate each other’s accomplishments, no matter what industry they’re in. The EU Search Awards is that night for us, so even if you didn’t make the shortlist, come out and have a good time.

The European Search Awards were launched in Amsterdam in 2012 by British events agency Don’t Panic, who are also responsible for the UK and US Search Awards. The awards are open to those based and delivering work in Europe and are touted as the “premiere celebration of the search industry.”
